{"product_id":"nova-black","title":"Nova Pendant Light - Black terracotta, Paper, Wood and Brass.","description":"Suspended between earth and sky, Nova captures the essence of a Mediterranean horizon: a glowing halo crowned with paper and anchored in clay.\n\nWith its square, architectural base and its delicate paper ring, Nova evokes the silhouette of an ancient tower shimmering under the midday sun. By day, its sculptural presence anchors the space; by night, it diffuses a warm, celestial glow, like light filtered through a cloud.\n\nAvailable in several finishes\nEach finish transforms the light’s texture and depth.\n✷ Here, we have a black painted finish, which softens the raw mineral expression of the terracotta to emphasise the sculptural silhouette of the suspension. It diffuses a more neutral and understated glow than our terracotta version.\n\nCrafted in France\nMaison Cédrat collaborates with a family-run brickworks near Toulouse and a traditional paper manufacturer in the South of France. Each Nova is meticulously assembled by hand, blending artisanal craftsmanship with refined, contemporary design.\n\nWe offer refined materials and French craftsmanship. Below is a list of the components used:\n→ Extruded terracotta core: sculpted and fired locally.\n→ Hand-rolled Japanese washi paper crown: porous and luminous.\n→ Brass canopy and suspension rod*.\n→ Turned beech wood pulleys.\n→ Tungsten handles.\n\n*The brass rod suspension can be modified upon request. The brass has a brushed finish.\n\nElectrical system:\n• LED bulb – 11 W\n• E27 base \/ 220-240 V\n• Warm color (2700 K) \/ 1055 lm\n• Bulb supplied.
