{"title":"Zbeul Studio","description":"Zbeul Studio is a multidisciplinary creative workshop founded by Thomas Nouiand Victor Robin. Based in Paris, they develop a body of work where design, history, and experimentation intertwine to give rise to unprecedented forms. Their practice is defined by a conceptual approach that places material and its transformations at the core of the creative process. Noui and Robin favor fabrication processes that reveal the energy of the gesture. Their creations are nourished by cultural, historical, and technical research into domestic space, the role of everyday objects, and the experimental potential of materials.","products":[{"product_id":"antenna-totem-floor-lamp-in-paper-and-tinted-wood","title":"Antenna Totem Glass Floor Lamp","description":"\u003cp\u003eAfter a research trip exploring Japanese craftsmanship and discovering traditional washi paper partitions, we wanted to find similar artefacts in the history of Western decorative arts. Studying traditional Japanese partitions is also a way of delving back into the history of the medieval oiled paper windows that preceded glass tiles. It’s also a way of rediscovering the type of light distribution that was the norm in France a few centuries ago.
